How do I personalise my gift?
On the product page, fill in your pet's name and any other details, and upload a photo if the item uses one. Check the preview, then add it to your cart.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, bright photo where your pet's face is easy to see and in focus. Phone photos are perfect, as long as they aren't blurry or too dark.
Can I change my details after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best, but once your gift has gone into production we can't make changes.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised items are made just for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or with a mistake on our side, we'll put it right. See our refund policy.
Delivery
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Every order ships free with tracking, with no minimum spend.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. Import taxes are included in our prices, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
How long will delivery take?
Every order is packed or made to order and sent to you from our partner workshops.
- Ready-made items (like the sleeping bag): usually 2 to 3 weeks.
- Personalised items: these take 7 to 10 working days to make before they ship, so allow around 3 to 5 weeks in total.
Busy periods like Christmas can add a few days, so order early.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
When should I order for Christmas?
For delivery in time for Christmas:
- Personalised gifts: order by 17 November
- Everything else: order by 1 December
These dates give your order the best chance of arriving on time, but the Christmas rush can cause delays outside our control, so the earlier the better.

Which sleeping bag size should I choose?
Small (45 x 30 cm) suits kittens and pets up to 1.5 kg, Medium (55 x 40 cm) suits most cats up to 3 kg, and Large (65 x 50 cm) suits big cats and small dogs up to 6 kg. If you're between sizes, go up a size.
How do the Christmas jumpers fit?
They have a relaxed, unisex fit. There's a size chart in the photos on the product page, so check it before ordering.
Returns and problems
Can I return something that isn't personalised?
Yes. You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our refund policy.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Sorry about that! Email us your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
