Refund policy

Personalised items: Items personalised with your names, photos or choices are made to order just for you. Under Irish and EU consumer law they aren’t covered by the 14-day right to cancel, so we can’t accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind, a wrong size, or details entered incorrectly. Please check everything carefully before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we’ll try to fix it before production starts.

Other items: You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us by email, then return the item unused within 14 days. You pay return postage unless it’s faulty. We’ll refund the item and standard delivery within 14 days of getting it back.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items (including personalised): Email us your order number and photos. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund. After that, we’ll repair, replace or refund. We cover any costs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected.
